Pancha Kosha Cleansing
Derived from the Sanskirt word, pancha means "five"; and kosha means "sheath". In Vedic teachings, an individual is made up of five components - the physical body, the life force, the mind, the intuition, the consciousness.
When we are stressed at work or dealing with toxic relationships, it can cause an unbalance to our chakra and energy. If you believe in thought manifestation and the power of words, what others gossip about us can also affect us on a psychic level.
For me, I write, think, and talk about the supernatural for most of my waking hours. It is inevitable that I attract yin energy to me. I go for cleansing once every quarter just to get a quick reset. Pretty much like sending your car for servicing, defragging your hard drive, detoxing your body.
