The Something Strange Festival is designed for horror content creators and fans of the genre.
Organised and spearheaded by some of the most influential names in the local scene, this festival aims to bring together creative individuals with a penchant for horror, to showcase their works to the world, starting from Singapore.
For horror fans, we pose this question to you: What is our Singapore Gothic? The rest of South East Asia have their unique horror flavour shaped by their cultural and folk heritage; can Singapore develop it's own identity instead of adapting heavily from the west? What does local horror look like to you?

We are looking for the next bright spark; the next horror influencer; the next superstar content creator. Writers, illustrators, and film makers compete within their own categories in a 48 hour lockdown to produce a finish product that will be judged by industry experts, special guests, and the community. All participants shortlisted for the Lockdown will have their works featured. Winners will walk away with attractive prizes from our sponsors.

Calling all horror fans, creators, and influencers! This is a test, and a chance, to put Singapore on the world map.
