Keris Keeper: An Intimate Encounter with a Living Tradition

Not all stories are told on the streets.

Sit down over kueh and bandung, hold ancient blades, and hear stories rarely told outside sacred circles. Only a few will be allowed in. Will you be one of them?

Step into a world where blades are more than weapons—they’re vessels of spirit, status, and unseen power. For the first time ever, the doors open to the private home of one of Singapore’s last known Keris Keeper. This isn’t a museum visit. It’s a living, breathing encounter with a centuries-old tradition still held sacred today.

In an intimate small-group session, you’ll get up close with the keris—its folklore, function, and force. Hold real heirloom blades. Learn how they’re matched to people. Ask the questions you never thought you’d get to ask. And do it all while sharing kampong-style refreshments, just like old times.

Spaces are extremely limited. This is heritage you don’t just hear about—you feel it.

TOP 5 REASONS TO JOIN THIS TOUR

🔥 1. A Rare Invitation

This is not a public exhibit or gallery showcase. It’s a deeply personal home visit—your once-a-year chance to meet Singapore’s last known Keris Keeper in his private sanctuary, where knowledge is passed the old way: person to person.
🗡️ 2. Touch History, Hold Power
Forget glass displays. Here, you’ll hold actual keris blades—each with a story, a spirit, and a purpose. Learn how to read their form, sense their energy, and discover the deeper meanings behind their mystique.

☕ 3. Kampong Vibes & Meaningful Conversations
Over plates of traditional kueh kueh and sweet bandung, you’ll reconnect with the warmth of old-school hospitality while having real conversations about belief, heritage, and the unseen layers of Southeast Asian culture.

🌀 4. Personal Guidance from the Keeper

Which keris suits your energy? What draws certain people to specific blades? The Keeper will share insights tailored to each guest—a truly one-of-a-kind dialogue you won’t find in books or online.

🛑 5. Only a Handful Will Ever Experience This

To preserve the intimacy and respect of the space, seats are extremely limited. If you’ve ever been curious about the keris—not just as an artifact, but as a living legacy—this is your chance.
