Confession by Skylar Lou This one is a short confession by it's quite... hair raising. - Eugene Tay My brother and I used to share a room that had a double decker bed. He usually sleeps on the top deck and I sleep on the the bottom deck. One night we were casually preparing to sleep so he climbed to his top deck and I went to turn off the lights before going to bed myself. A few minutes in the darkness I heard a sound of someone scratching their hair. It kept on getting louder and I thought it was my brother trying to annoy me so I yelled at him to shut up, but we both ended up saying the same thing to each other at the same time. We paused for a moment and my brother told me to on the lights because he was too scared to. I jumped up and switched on the lights. We both looked around the room but there was nothing. I jumped up and switched on the lights. We both looked around the room but there was nothing. We went back to sleep with the lights on. The next day we talked about it but as days go by we the incident slowly faded from memory. A few weeks later, when our mother was changing our bedsheet, she call us to the room and asked, “why is there so many hair wedged between my brother's mattress and the wooden board?” I picked up the pile of hair which was super long and dried. The strange thing is that no one in the family had ever had long hair. Where and how did this hair get there? |
